Shipping and Return Policy
The following policy is only applicable to purchases made online at HotMakeup.com. If you purchased your item from one of the Hot Makeup Professional retail partners, we are sorry but we cannot accept the merchandise and it must be returned to the retailer from which the product was purchased.
SHIPPING / ORDERING
U.S Shipment: FREE STANDARD SHIPPING over $25.00 before tax on all U.S
INTERNATIONAL shipment: FREE STANDARD SHIPPING over $75.00 before tax for international orders.
All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Most orders are shipped in 3-5 business days but we ask you to allow up to 10 businesses days to delivery. Delivery of out-of-stock items is subject to availability.
For International Orders: customs policies vary widely from country to country so it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees. Hot Makeup Professional is not responsible for any of the import fees.
CANCELING YOUR ORDER
The cancellation is possible only if the order was not already dispatched. If Hot Makeup Professional had already sent you the order we kindly ask you to return the product, unopened and not used in order to request a refund.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We hope you love your product and feel totally satisfied and happy with it! However, if there is a problem with the product or it does not work out, you can contact us within 7 business days from the day you receive your order at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order Number ready, to request an exchange or refund. If the process is approved, the refund or exchange will happen within 5 business days. Sale items don’t apply to exchanges and returns.

Please note that although we have tried to represent our shades as accurately as possible, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor.
Make sure that any items you would like to return are unused, in their original packaging and in sellable condition, with any labels or tags still attached.
Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund or exchange will be available and send the products back to your original postal address.
Please be advised that due hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for the following products:

All returns are credited in the original form of payment.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30 day money back guarantee, there is a 25% restocking fee.
I'm missing a part, how do I get it?
If you are missing parts, please contact us at email@example.com and we will expedite the product to you.
I'm not happy with the product, can I still get a refund?
Anytime within the first 30 days of receiving the item, you are entitled to a full refund after the restocking fees.
I like the product but I want a different finish. Can you do an exchange?
We will gladly exchange the item, however it's required to pay shipping on the exchanged item as well as any price difference.
I broke the product, can I send it to you for repairs?
All of of our products have a lifetime manufacturer's warranty, however if the item was damaged due to mishandling we will gladly repair the item. Contact customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org for repair pricing.
